terms of service
GENERAL TERMS✧ Commissions are selective. Once slot is secured, make sure to provide references, details to be incorporated in the logo. If you have specific font that you wanna use, make sure to include it as well.
✧ This isn't a first come, first serve basis.
✧ For specific fonts in mind, make sure to pay for its commercial rights so we won't have problems on using it.
✦ I have full right to reject any commissions that I feel like I can not do at all.
✦ I have full rights and allowed to add your work to my portfolio page.
✦ Prices are base prices, it may change depending on complexity & details.
✦ SUPRISE ME LOGO IS NO REVISION AS ITS A SKEB STYLE ONE.
PAYMENTS✧ I use Paypal for international clients, and Gcash or Paymaya for local clients
✧ For International clients, you will shoulder the fee for paypal. For locals, I highly suggest to use Gcash, or Maya so no fee at all!
✧ Payment first policy. I will start working with your commission once paid in full.
✧ For merch usage you have to settle 3x the original price.
✧ Prices may vary depending on the complexity of your commission.
✦ STRICTLY NO REFUND POLICY. If under waitlist for 6 months and you haven't provided the details for the work to be done and wanted to cancel the slot out of nowhere, you have the responsibility to pay the penalty fee of 50% since it does affect my queue and financial situation.
REVISIONS✧ Commissions comes with 3 free revisions. Any additional revisions will cost $10.
✧ At the 3rd revision, please refrain from making any major changes. Major changes will lead to an additional charge.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY✧ It usually take 3 - 4 weeks to work with your commission, but it will take longer depending on the complexity of the commission and the loads of my works. In some cases, it may take me 1 - 2 months max so I ask for your patience and understanding. If you are doing a debut or re-debut, let me know in advance.
USE✧ Work is to be used for personal purposes only! Please do not redistribute, sell, edit or claim my designs as your own.
✧ if planning to use outside of streaming such as selling merch using my designs, it'd have a diff. commercial fees. 3x the original of the price should be paid. I will provide source file as well, and will provide SVG files.
✧ Do not use my work for NFT, AI learning, or blockchain purposes.
✦ I retain original copyright and ownership to the work.
✦ Client is responsible for any font commercial fees as stated in general terms.
✦ Make sure to credit me for the commissions.
COMMUNICATION✧ Client may choose between Twitter, email, vgen to contact me.
✧ I will provide small updates to client to let them know what stage I am at. I will then send digital drafts when I am ready to receive constructive feedback from the client. I will then make changes accordingly.
✦ When giving constructive feedback, the client should be as detailed and specific as possible. Failing to give detailed and specific feedback can result in the commission not up to the client's expectations. It is important that the feedback is constructive and respectful.
✦ It is up to the client's responsibility to respond to my updates and drafts. Failing to respond can result in the commission taking longer than my expected time frame.
